Ding Ding Ding - rest week
Kinda looking forward to this week: planning on not doing too much sports and trying to catch up on things I should have done lately (tax return?). Tonight was only a short 2 hour spin around the blocks, felt the riding from the last 2 days, but it seemed to get better towards the end.
After yesterdays ride I was crazy hungry, so I order some Thai food. It was so much chicken, rice and vegies that I actually couldn't finish it, which is unusual for me. Leftovers in my fridge - they came in pretty handy tonight, still munching on that chicken.
Looks like things are shaping up in terms of a training camp. Probably somewhere south in the middle of March....
