Besides
--> eating too much,
--> too sweet,
--> lack of sleep,
--> sleeping too much,
I actuall rode over the long Thanksgiving weekend.

Skipped the rainy Thursday Thanksgiving morning ride at P-Lake, but went for a quick heavy legged Birmingham ride instead.

Just realized I just posted the Friday ride already...

Saturday another scenic Metamora ride, past windmills and on natural beauty roads, guided by the Simonster. Only the Hermitman and myself joined him for his singalong /German Grammar Part I (der/die/das) ride.

And on Sunday Robert and I headed out to burn off the calories consumed at Toast in the early morning. Always good times at that place, especially with the company of Kelly and Jay.

Heading to WV tomorrow - without my bike!
