To go outside. But that's why there are trainers, even though they are no fun. But try watching the first episode of "Miami Vice" while you are on it, and it'll be fairly entertaining.

(And just to be clear, I'm not a big fan of this show, but for some odd reason - too much to explain - I had that episode at home on a DVD and it was the only thing I've never watched so far).
