Brighton Brushbuster

Nice ride today... "Dan, the Cycloman" - no, wait - "the man, Cyclodan" put together a nice route to connect two trails.

Ridepace was sporty, we had a good group flying through the trails at Island Lake. On the way back to Brighton I threw in some attacks on the short dirtroad climbs, just enough to be out of water at the party store. Lots of stopping/regrouping during the ride, so the legs were always screaming when we headed back out.

Didn't do the last 2 loops at Brighton - call it a DNF if you want. Fact is I still felt really good at the end after 47 miles (and almost 300 in the last 4 days).

Good ride, good riders.
