Another day - another ride

Rode after work with the Simonster (today in the Yellow Jersey), Hermit-Man, ClikeMeister and Kuhncappie.

What started out as an easy cruise turned into a fairly brisk ride at the halfway point. 3.5 hours later we had 61.5 miles under the belt and an empty camelback. I was so thirsty I had to stop at a gasstation on my way home and treat myself to a chocolate milk - I have no idea why I was graving that...

Legs hurt, knees hurt, mentally hurt (I got dropped on a hill attack) - looks like I'm getting old...
