Lazy day

Believe it or not, no bike training at all today... But I helped a friend frame a couple of walls at her house. Never done that before, but I think I did pretty well.

Tomorrow I'll be haeding out to Salt Lake for some days of skiing, can't wait. My new skis wait out there for me, and I hear the snow is gooood.

I'm glad to be off the bike for a couple of days, I think I did too much biking too early in the season. Last season I started all the training in January, and it was a pretty good year.
