Another 1st place

It was my shortest bike race ever - and the first I won wearing Jeans...

Went to the "BBBB" Bulletin Board Bike Bash of the Michigan MTB Association on Sunday. A nice social event, some riding, and the day ended with some bike-games.

One of the games was bike-drag, we had to pull a sled with 50 pounds of weight up the hill as far as possible. Lemm tell you, it's a lot harder than it sounds. I looked at the hill thinking "what's that", but after I tried it and only made it halfway up I thought "what was that?". After all it was still good enough to make it up further than anybody else.





The day before I took one of my new coworkers out for some dirt road action. He asked me for a 2-3 hour ride. We were out for 3:02, and I think he'll never ever ask me again to go biking with him... (he was pretty wasted at the end, but my avg HR was only 123 - feels good to be in shape). But I think at the end he was more than happy about what he achieved, and he loved the route I took him on.
