Quicky #5

So I´m in Coyahique now - the last big town in southern Chile.

The last 2 days were pretty rough in terms of road conditions. Most of the time washboards, loose gravel, bigger rocks, potholes...riding faster than 8 mph simply hurt my ass.

Drastic change in scenery today - at one point of time I didn´t feel like riding in the rain forest any longer, but more like being in Switzerland.

Ended up 7 h in the saddle today, total ride time on this trip is now somewhere at 42 hours. Enough to take a rest day tomorrow... then I´ll head further S and try to cirlce this big lake in a couple of days. Might even take me into Argentinia.
