Here I am, posting that I didn't work out, but help to frame a room instead. Waking up the next morning I realized I was completely sore, my legs, back and - worst of all - my butt. Now that I think about it it all makes sense: I cut all the 2x4's on the floor, and we had to cut many of them. This means I basically squatted all day, and this is just how I felt.
Now I'm out in Salt Lake City and I'm treated to some of the best snow - and lot's of it. Had a day of 7 non stop hours of skiing yesterday (and I'm not sore at all - must be the framing workout), some more hours today and several more to come the next couple of days.
Even better: People talk about 2 feet of snow over the next days... I don't even miss my bike at the moment (but I'm missing many points in the WRCS)
